At Roya Kitchen & Bath Design Center, we believe that simplicity is key. That’s why we’ve designed our process to be straightforward and easy to understand. From the initial to the final walk-through, we’ll guide you through every step of the way. Our experts will work closely with you to ensure that your project is completed on time, within budget, and to your specifications. With Roya Kitchen & Bath Design Center, you can trust that your project is in good hands.

1 Consultation & Design:

The first step in our process is to meet with you at your home or property to discuss the scope of work, your ideas, and your budget. Our team of experts will listen carefully to your needs, preferences, and vision during a comprehensive consultation. After that, our designers will create a tailored blueprint that combines your ideas with our expertise to create a cohesive design that meets your needs and exceeds your expectations.

2 Design & Visualize

We offer a free-of-charge design concept and rendering service to our clients, which enables them to visualize the ideas discussed during our initial meeting. Our team of experts works closely with you to ensure that every detail is perfect, from the layout design of the space to the selection of high-quality materials, fixtures, and finishes. After the design is finalized, our team will assist you in selecting premium materials, fixtures, and finishes.

3 Proposal & Budget

We understand the importance of transparency in project budgeting. That’s why we provide a detailed line-item proposal based on the agreed-upon design details. This way, our clients can have a realistic idea of the budgeted cost for the project and prepare accordingly. If needed, they can make changes based on their budget without compromising the scope of work

4 Finalize & Agreements

After completing the third step and agreeing on the budget, we proceed to shop with you and choose materials that fit within the budget. Once the materials are approved, we use our project management system to generate hard costs for the final construction contract.

Up to this point there is no fees to the client for any of these services

Upon signing the agreement our project managers will generate a master schedule based on the arrival of materials. All sub-contractors involved in completing the job receive that and are locked into the dates agreed upon. That schedule has a real start and finish date that is in a timely manner.

Our team has weekly walk-throughs with the client to ensure the project is progressing on time and on budget per their satisfaction.

At job completion, we walk through with the client to ensure all items have been completed to 100% satisfaction.
